An app that citizens can use to tell local political representatives where problems exist (can choose the problem or type the problem which can be detected by language-based AI). The app should take the GPS location of the problem which people can tell the app to record. The same app can now rank the problem based on number of complaints (both on the problem and the GPS location). Using the same app both the people and locality political representatives or organizations can act. This way both political representative and people can benefit. The politicians want to solve few problems that impact most people (as they can satisfy the problems that many people think is important) thus having satisfied citizens and good chance of getting reflected. This also solves the problem that most people think is important. We can add some sort of constraint that only the local people can complain about the problem or in some cases praise the work. But it should not allow anyone to know who made the complaint did it (privacy).
